CONFIRMED: A bowler must report his highest USBC avg. 21 or more games regardless if bowled summer or winter, unless tournament rules state summer avg. are not considered.
MYTH #2: I can use a Scotch Brite pad to clean my ball during league play.
BUSTED: Scotch Brite pads and other abrasive pads can be used before and after USBC competition. Once competition begins, these products cannot be used on bowling balls in competition.
